  • Booth spaces are 10x10. If you require more space, you must purchase the 10x20. Please choose extra space option at registration.
  • If you require more than on 10x10 space, you must purchase the 10x20 space.

  Electricity will not be available for vendors signing up after September 30.



The Walhalla community honors its German heritage with the celebration of Oktoberfest.  Oktoberfest on Main Street will begin Friday, October 19 at 11 am and run until 7 pm and Saturday, October 20 from 9 am to 6 pm.  

There will be traditional music, arts, crafts and lots of food.  


Oktoberfest Main Street Vendor Terms & Requirements:

Main Street will begin Friday, October 19 at 11 and run until 7 pm. Saturday will begin at 9 and run until 6 pm. VENDORS MUST STAY UNTIL CLOSING BOTH DAYS.


Information regarding booth location and set up procedures will be emailed to vendors within two weeks prior to the event.  PLEASE provide your email address.


NO VEHICLE TRAFFIC WILL BE PERMITTED WITHIN THE VENUE AREA OF MAIN ST. AT ANY TIME UNTIL THE FESTIVAL COMMITTEE OR WALHALLA CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT GIVES THE ALL CLEAR.  Vendor owned items must be transported to and from your parked vehicle by dollie or by foot.

Art, craft and food vendors are currently being accepted online. Deadline for arts, crafts and food applications with payment by check is September 30, 2018.


Food Vendors: DHEC R 61-25.


Electricity is available for vendors.  SORRY, ONLY QUIET GENERATORS ALLOWED.
